I think Voice Of Trespass sounds super fun and tongue in cheek and that’s ok every now and then. They really pull it off with that awesome riff.

"I think his vocals haven't really changed or anything, this kind of production just makes them sound how they really are... They honestly sound pretty good when they are buried in a mix like on the previous records, but since Coma they have become the forefront and he's just not good enough of a vocalist to pull that off. Also, his vocal lines aren't great and he uses way too many harmonizations to make it sound nicer, while that only makes it worse"
I feel like they got worse but maybe as you describe it is the way I'm really noticing it. I couldn't agree more with you too because his vocals are taking center stage and it's not working at all.

Good point about them being buried and in the mix, that is exactly why i like Tommy's vocals better in the older albums, it's stranger how they perfected that so early, and then they tip-toe back to the vocals being way higher in the mix, strange dilemma
