Nobody told me there was a potential to badmouth Metallica here!
I am not metal, but more a carbon based life form (harhar, I know it's not funny). I enjoy metal music, amongst others, but I do think that Metallica are just about the most over-rated band there ever existed. How can I back this up? Well... Would you shout about owning "Load" "Reload" or "St. Anger"? I cannot comment on other albums as I don't own them, nor do I want to. And that's my opinion, which I maintain.

I can respect that. Although I would recommend perhaps downloading a few of their earlier tracks. There's a big difference in the quality of music. And I own Load, ReLoad and St. Anger. hear me roar (shout)

Well you don't hear a lot of people claiming that any one of those is their best album either. I love Bob Dylan but I don't think Street Legal is very good, I love David Bowie but I don't think Tonight is very good...
If you're gonna say they suck, at least trash the albums that are considered classics by the fans.

I love Metallica but that quote is ridiculous. Metallica is the only metal band I like and the rest doesn't really appeal to me much. I think that's one of the worse things I've ever read concerning this band.
As for th pinnacle of metal... like I mentioned earlier, I don't like much other metal bands, but I do think this is a great album as are the other 9 metallica albums (i'm counting S&M and Garage Inc. in there).

I think James is one of the best singers out there. He can sing awesomely well live, man his voice is great.

James has got a good hard rock voice now. His old voice you either love or hate, I think its pretty good but its not for everyone.
Wow no way is motorhead better than metallica, though no way should motorhead remain unrecognized.
