I mean broadly speaking they are most definitely a BM band, they have the aesthetic and general sound. it's just that they carved out their own niche within the genre that it's hard to say

I've got to admit I really didn't like this album when it first came out, and I love every over Summoning album. However, the more I listen to it the more I like it. Yeah the production isn't the best, but if you can overlook that the album is pretty wonderful.
