I'd give it a 2.7 just because there are some awesome moments in Anthem for no State even if they last like 30 seconds lol

It's painful how much this band has fallen off. I mean, more than 20 years after F# its hard to expect a band to keep going strong but I wish some of these really iconic acts would know when to call it quits or focus on other projects. This doesn't come within the same realm as their classics and just serves to erode their legacy.
