Is the version of Neubeginn on this record different than the one on the debut? (apart from the mixing). I recognized the songtitle when I saw the tracklist of their debut and I am curious if they just re-recorded that song for this record, or altered it.

This is a rerecording with Kamprad on vocals. I just listened to both versions today and I find the new one to be superior.
I don't know too well about other black metal than this band tbh. I should check more stuff, but I usually can't force myself with these things

I binged this band yesterday and it was incredible. So happy I stumbled about them last year. It was an accident actually. I wanted to go to a festival and I just picked two bands I did't know about off the line up and listended to one of their songs. Talking about DWEF it was Repulsion off Stellar. I'm very very grateful.
