I like Pillorian and all but oooof

I really can't stand Agalloch so I'm surprised how hard I'm vibing with both these bands
|
| |
Other than Ashes I never connected with Agalloch either.
Marrow is pretty great too but the rest of their discog I really struggle with.
Think it just boils down to the fact I find most of their music meandering and dull.
|
| |
I just get so bored listening to them it drives me insane

I'm slowly coming around to the Ashes/Marrow & 'screw the rest' line of thinking, I just haven't fully admitted it to myself yet. Not ready.
Those 2 are definitely my favourite Agalloch albums.

I like Marrow and Pale Folklore a bit
|
| |
Pale Folklore is still my fave

You're all unworthy of listening to Ashes. That album belongs to me alone, begone.
