Yeah this is my first. Heard some of the old singles and I don't think it'd be my thing tbh.

Haha that's exactly what I expected out of Hayley live.

u gotta listen to them in ur teenage years, their music gets such a feeling to it when in hs

not to say it's immature, but it's aged like fine wine to me

Well I'm still ripe in my teenage years (16) but I just prefer this light and bouncy pop sound.

SO if I absolutely loved Riot! and hated everything else they have put out, I am not gonna like this right?

On my fifth listen now and I'm actually starting to like some songs..

I see this going towards a 3.5 at most, still surprised it actually grew on me.

Not a fan of hard times though, easily one of the weakest tracks of the album.

All the things in the world to listen to and you retards are listening to _this crap_ because it has the name "Paramore" and you thought the chick was hot when you were 13 and into the band...

yeah I feel like I will still like Paramore for a very long time to come.

Anyway, I'm actually a bit excited to go back to the S/T and see how it compares in retrospect to this album

"ain't it fun" definitely seems like a blueprint for this record, especially in tone (sarcastic lyrics with upbeat music)

This sounds like it could be solid although synth pop or really pop in general isn't my shit.
