I could barely tell Matt and Cory apart in some parts of this album, but I liked Cory's vocals a lot more than Matt's

Surprisingly, it's my most listened album of last year. And Infinite Chances is my most played song.
I simply love Cory's voice.

does anyone know what Cory is doing atm? I mean, besides Sufferer. Dude is so amazing, especially his lyrics

Yeah it's really hard to tell Matt and Cory apart on this one.
I revisited this in full not too many weeks back and the "meh" tracks are even more "meh", but the tracks I liked even a little I love even more now. And the title track continues to be an all-time favorite for me. Really glad this album happened still.

I read that Cory was trying to write a book or something but idk how far into that he is, if at all. I just want new Sufferer man

@TheSpirit I was emailing back and forth with him recently a bit. He has finished it! Just working on the next steps: "It felt impossibly long, and it's hard to say how long this next step will take but it's all progress. =)"

heres a message from him in October btw: "Thank you! I've missed music a lot too, especially recently. Once the book's out, I might actually dive back in in a small way."
So hopefully after the book we get a return!

I've come to appreciate this album for what it is, it's honestly a very well put together album and they nail this sound. My only thing is that I wish it wasn't A Lot Like Birds

I feel that Steak, I always appreciated this album but it is nothing like any of their past releases.

It just doesn't even hold a candle to No Place or Conversation Piece. I will say that I'm glad Cory took vocal lessons because I like his voice a lot, shame we couldn't hear some back and forth with him and Kurt other than like one or two times on No Place

Eh, I think I like this more than Conversation Piece tbh, but No Place was really something special. But yeah, as a HUGE Kurt fan through all of his various channels, I would have loved for him to continue on here.

Bro that run of the first like 8 tracks on Conversation Piece is perfect imo, they just kinda lose me on the last few tracks. I don't blame Kurt for leaving, if I found out my band mates had made music without me and just expected me to go with it I would've left too

This album is the way it is because Franzino was mad nobody cared about his solo album.
I know Franzino and Joseph Arrington didn't get along so well.

Yea I know, Franzino is to blame for all this shit that happened and the band ultimately breaking up. Apparently Cory was leaving the band after touring this album and that was the last straw

Franzino's solo album was boring AF minus a couple really cool tracks I liked
