I can't seem to dig Residual as hard as some of you guys for now, but tracks 7~12 are a hell of a ride.

Speaking of 12 tracks, that's my other problem with this, it feel so damn long. I do really like the sound here but after like 7 or 8 tracks of it (many of them fairly long for Katatonia) I just want to listen to something else.

Residual is a great song, it has a lot of twists and turns. I really don't like Serac; it's among my least favorite on here, except for that guitar melody halfway through that sounds super Opethian (also the solo is great). Last Song Before the Fade is pure gold.

Yeah Portal, it may be a bit too long. Not really an issue for me but I can understand the argument.
