This might sound silly but Cadmium has one of my favorite lines from the entire album which is: "so I'll be sitting on the outskirts if you wanna talk about it /
things in there were just getting so loud." I have no idea why I love that line so much, but it just sounds so natural and conversational

The whole album kinda has that sort of conversational feel to me. The vocalist's singing sounds almost nonchalant, like the break-up/separation/etc. he's experiencing isn't nearly as bad as it seems--or perhaps that's what he wants you to think.

Makes you think.

Love that part in Cadmium too, but it all goes back to Evan making things so relatable and broad, yet direct. Party's too crazy on the inside? Let's go outside and have a good talk. Taps into some good memories for me, at least

This is pretty sweet. Been jamming it non-stop for the past couple of days. Wish I hadn't put off listening to this.

That one line in Visiting's chorus almost brings me to tears every time I hear it.
