Jon definitely got more technical with each release, but I felt the grooves and timing were better on this. It's probably my undying bias for this album as well.

it's chronologically downhill from this one, but this one's so phenomenal that the next couple are quite excellent as well

I think their other albums weren't as good because they made such a good debut and congratulated themselves with handjobs and released that as albums

Take The Veil Cerpin Taxt is amazing.

Take the Veil slays indeed but I think Frances is better and then it goes downhill from there (but not in a bad way). All of their albums are excellent except for Octahedron. I hope their new one is good but you never know with TMV.

I'm actually loving Frances more than De-Loused now. I might even place Bedlam before De-Loused...or maybe they're tied. Anyway, Volta is the shit.

no he cannot, he's probably one of the best/most capable around...even if you, even if you, even if you reached inside a vault...
