I read not one but two reviews in today who called this "a strangely avant garde and experimental pop album".
A few interesting seconds provided by the flaming lips don't make an interesting album. Miley's work is devoid of substance or quality. It's just "loooooook at meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I'm differeeeeeent".
p.s. "Space Boots" is kinda decent though.
