The only album I can consider comparable to Ten Thousand Fists is Sonic Firestorm by Dragonforce or Scenes from a Memory by Dream Theater. I say album, singularly, because they're pretty much the same.

I'm not saying Odesza sounds like this, I'm saying this gives me Odesza vibes a little bit. Not trying to insult Odesza, it was one of my favoured releases of last year as well. I just hear similar synth/effects used in a couple of the songs.



Yes, Odesza is much more varied and interesting. Hence why I gave In Return a 4.0 and didn't give this enough attention to give it a rating.
