I don't see how this is overly-dramatic considering the subject matter the songs are based on. I don't think it's up to you to state whether someone's heartbreak and family being torn apart is overly-dramatic. Whatever you think this album is or isn't, is completely irrelevant to that fact. Get off the internet pots and get some life experience.

jesus christ calm down. i wasnt even talking about the lyrical content i was talking about the song structure and instrumentals paired with the 'soaring' vocal schemes i found overly dramatic. and its just my opinion. i dont need to 'get off the internet' and go experience having my family torn apart to listen to this album and not enjoy it you socially inept clown.

You mention nothing about structure whatsoever, nor do you really allude to the instrumentals and 'soaring' vocal schemes. I don't really get what your problem is, Bjork has always sung like this and it's a difference of opinion on whether or not it matches x, y and z songs but the way she sings is A) Going to be more than likely based on lyrical content 2) She's hardly going to sing songs with lyrical content such as this in a non-Bjork fashion, is she? It just wouldn't work. What I'm saying is I think it's stupid you're saying it's over-dramatic when the whole album as a whole, is fucking dramatic. It's supposed to be because of the subject matter, because of the music, the instrumentals.
I'm not taking it personal at all, you waltz around on this site like you're the law, I couldn't care less what I look like or come across like on here, I have the right to express my opinion just like you do. Thanks by the way, being called a socially inept clown is a new one for me. Also, I didn't say you need to go and experience a family being torn apart and so forth did I?
