Whoracle is about atmosphere, i think you missed the point. Don't go into that song looking for sweet riff after sweet riff, it's an epic album closer.
MIP jumps out at you after Jester Script Transfigured! If anything it was positioned perfectly to contrast with the atmosphere of the previous song.

The riffs in MIP just seem bland, and that solo is just mindless shred unlike every other IF solo. But I will agree with Whoracle being a fitting closer. Even though it lacks energy it has substance.

I cant listen to this all the time, when im in the mood its in the classic category (like it is now) but sometimes this album annoys me and i cant listen to it, cant really explain it, just doesnt have the feel of other melodeaths albums like 'The Gallery' and 'Above the Weeping World'. Believe this is the album ive switched ratings the most from classic to not classic haha it was a hard decision but in the end i decided to keep 4.5 just for the fact that isnt as timeless as the rest of the 5's i have ;)

This is better than The Gallery and Above the Weeping World...definitely a classic within the genre, but I can't bring myself to give it a perfect 5/5. Dead God In Me is just really lackluster to me. Tbh I'm not big on WayFaerer either...but the first 8 tracks slay.
