these guys technically were the first real band I ever saw live. they opened for periphery in 2014. they were honestly the best band that performed that night.

Feed The Horses is riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight behind it. Sal hasn't written a better hook, that's for sure
|

I hardly ever listen to this band, but their guitarist is one of the best in the game

Whoa, slow down with the Blood on the Radio. It's great, but Anchor beats it, sorry.

This is one of those lightning in a bottle albums that the band will likely strive to top through their entire career, but between Feed The Horses, BotR, and Carnival, this may go unmatched.

this is the only one of their LPs that doesn't sound like they're trying too hard

Bro what? I can see feeling that way about Terraformer but SHP? Naw that one is damn near perfect.

talking to me? i actually might prefer Terraformer to this as a whole but god damn, the highs on this just feel so effortlessly brilliant

Superb album.

listening for the fist time, Suspicious Waveforms and Carnival back to back goes crazy
|
| |
did this get a remaster or something? the version i have on my ipod sounds waaay different from what they have on spotify. guitars/bass are way beefier and the vocals kinda get overpowered a bit in mine

Yeah, it got a re release
Their bandcamp has two versions of it, one from 2012 and one from 2014. Actually, I don't remember the original master being available on there before
