I was never a huge fan of this, but it's incredible how, subconsciously I guess, it influenced my prog-death songwriting (melodic, atmospheric aspects of it, that is). I guess I liked a lot of the ideas here, just didn't enjoy the final product as much as I thought I would hm. giving it a chance again right now, might actually bump the rating.

Its dm albeit the not very good kind.
It has some nice ideas for what it is but damn so many factors bring this down. Production is unbearable and the symphonic elements get on my nerves

cept the production I guess, I mean it doesn't really bother me and if there's a band that kinda works with this squeaky clean loud ass shit I would say it's fallujah but I would like to see it with some a more dynamic master

The production isn't the greatest but I don't understand how it ruins the whole album for a lot of people here, it's really not that bad. This album is a breathe of fresh air, I have high hopes for their next album.
