tbh the lead singer of Seether said Brand New was one of his favourite bands and Daisy was one of his favourite albums, so uh...
When I first heard Nobody Praying for Me, I was thinking how similar it was to Daisy, and the "there's nobody praying for meeeeee" delivery reminded me of "i hope that you would do this for me" from At the Bottom. Interesting...

I find "Nobody Praying for Me" to be a complete carbon copy of Nickelback's "How You Remind Me." They're practically the same song.
"the lead singer of Seether said Brand New was one of his favourite bands"
Well at least he has some good taste I guess.

What's this Seether Brand New thing?

The song "Nobody Praying for Me" uses the same kind of lyrical format as "Daisy" from Brand New's album. "I'm a..." this, "I'm a..." that. The lead singer of Seether said Brand New was one of his favourite bands a few years back, so it seems like a little more than a coincidence.

Just listened to it, omg the intro is like the exact same. And yea it also sounds a lot like the song Daisy.

It's the melody of "How You Remind Me" with the lyrics of "Daisy," really. Except the lyrics aren't as good.

Didn't notice the Brand New influence, probably going to check that out just for curiosity's sake.

Well, this isn't the first time that they've played "Copy+Paste". The opening notes from 'Here and Now' from Holding Onto Strings... sound exactly like Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends".
