Less diverse but solid effort by Lana del Rey. I like the dreamy/gazy atmosphere and the production is
top-notch. Great album if not so focused on the lyrical content. In my opinion, better than Born to
Die, but only just. Would've given 4 (or higher) if she didn't only sing about her boyfriend(s),
drugs, being crazy and being mistreated all the time.

I like this a lot more than Born to Die but the guitar solo on Shades of Cool is one of the worst solos I've ever heard, which is a shame because that's one of my favorite tracks.
