Daimones is more unpredictable in places (piano part in Myopic Empire) but this one is fuller. The urgency in Breathing is out of this world

Holy shiiit, nice review and I don't understand why it took me song long to listen to them, real nice, heavy and raw, love the production, guitar tone and loud and quiet dynamics. Vocals are thoroughly brutal - I honestly find this darker and more listenable than a lot of black metal (as black metal can be extremely cheesy IMO), but this has a lovely blend of doom/sludge/black metal and has space to breathe.. I feel like I hear old school doom (The obsessed) and even some stoner groove/guitar in their, too! Very lovely blend of styles

Good review. I greatly respect Tom Warrior, he beliefs in what he does and does it good, even against the current. This album is dark, gloomy and heavy.
