Wait, whaa? TKIFNO is cringey? How so? It's clearly the somewhat inferior predecessor to this one, but it's pretty great in its own right.
New one definitely doesn't hold my attention though.

Nah man these guys have moments throughout their discog that make me cringe. On TKIFNO for example, the chorus of Jade's Place makes me wanna die

From what I've seen these guys put on a show. I still kick myself for missing out on 'em back in 2014 when they were on tour with PTH, Safety Fire and Contortionist cos I had no idea who they were. Not gonna make the same mistake twice.

Oh jesus, what's with the drum and bass/electronic parts, lose them please. I swear even the scratch samples on old nu-metal (Slipknot etc.) is much better. Also, this is another example of eclectic parts just not flowing together, coming out of nowhere. I can't even put my finger on what makes a thing like switching from metal into lounge/jazz/polka/whatever parts within a song work but bands like BTBAM or PTH could do that flawlessly and effortlessly. Even Twelve Foot Ninja could pull this off better and they also mix in electronic stuff too. In this case (like Purania) it just doesn't really work.
