That house that you hate.

That house that we bought & failed to make.

It was all for nothing. It was all a waste.

And now you'll never be happy, oh, you'll never be happy.

Cuz it was all for nothing & it was all a waste.

Song fucking rules. Old TBS, Ftw

Parts of this album (ie "Better Homes and Gardens" reminds me of Deja Entendu by Brand New). I can't decide if that makes

me like it more or hate it for copying. But for aesthetic purposes, I love it.

^ well they did come out of the same scene so its not surprising when they go down similair routes.

Oh I know. But TBS was inferior to brand new. Especially after Louder Now. Now they've kicked it up a notch but it's just kinda awesome but sad that this reminds me so much of Deja. Deja is incredible. But it was the first of its kind. I just can't decide if I love it on that basis or if it's so similar it makes me sick, you feel me?

Regardless, it's the best thing TBS has done in a decade.

Louder Now and TDAG came out the same year. Which do you think was better? Lol. Not even a competition.

Agreed that this is a fantastic album. Easily the best thing they've done since the debut.

BrushedRed: idk man, to me this album is not very similair to deja at all. I really dont see the comparison. Deja is far superior though. Honestly this is better than their self titled but not really any other album by them imo.

Pleasantly surprised that I'm still loving this album so many months after. Usually when I love an album from the off I lose that buzz after a while but this is keeping my attention completely. I really love every track but Better Homes And Gardens is up there with the best songs they've ever done.

I don't really hear any Brand New in this album. The production can give off that vibe a bit though. As far as the Louder Now and TDAG.... I have to be in the mood for either album so I can't read compare. This album is still great months later, btw

Brand New and TBS are barely comparable unless we are talking about YFW and TAYF/WYWTB

^ Totally agree. New Again is an awesome album but it struggles quite a bit in the middle.
