Idk the Sharon Van Etten thing is kind of tenuous but I definitely hear a slight similarity. I do think Van Etten is much better though (judging primarily on My Woman only).

I prefer this to Van Etten's album from the same year but Sharon definitely has the better voice (based on my experience with Olsen from this album and Strange Cacti).
Van Etten's 'Epic' is where it's at though.
