this drummer just manages to squeeze every little bit of atmosphere from the music, reminds me a lot of Chris Reifert's style only a little more refined.

yeah the drumming and vox on this are pure insanity

the fact that you can hear his rolls so well on a totally untriggered kit is pure talent. other drummers need to take note, you actually have to hit drums to make them sound right.

Glad everyone's digging this, it deserves all the attention it can get.

Definitely agree with this. I've heard a lot of really good drumming recently and normally the drumming is one of my favorite things to listen for, but I haven't heard drumming sound quite like this in a while. It seems like everything is more alive than is usual on a lot of metal records.
