nah thats a stupid idea were gonna have kids rating 1 black metal album just to make their pie chart look cool posers already run rampant and that would only make it worse. its better that the pie chart only shows your most rated genres

Do the pie charts take into account when a band has multiple tagged genres with it, or does it just go with whatever the first and/or "main" genre is?

Yes. And the pie chart only shows genres that you've rated a 3.5 or higher. Supposedly a 5 is worth more than the other scores, but I don't know and I doubt it.
