And yeah I pretty much agree with what Aids said about .toxin and their predicament. Critiquing is fine, but it should come out naturally instead of simply being a total dick.
As for the album, minus the "it fucking sucks" part, I can't enjoy this in the slightest. It's too god damn long and nothing clicked.

Nah, if you hate this that's fine. But I'm a huge Autechre fan, and it took like six or seven listens for me to even grasp what's going on on this clusterfuck of an album, let alone like it. Still, it's the small but delightful details on every track that kept me listening. If you found nothing enjoyable, that's fine and your loss, I guess.
Anyways: NO-ONE CAN TRULY EVER UNDERSTAND ANY AUTECHRE ALBUM.

It is calm though. It's a sarcastic sure but I'm sarcastic by nature, even if I avoid it on sputnik.

yeah that's definitely true, I just think that this is really dense music for anyone (lots of people have said that) and I still haven't talked to anyone who "got it" on the first few spins. Everyone is pretty much in agreement that something about this album takes repeated listens to enjoy.
but yeah I mean what works for me won't work for everyone so idk. I'd just recommend giving this some more attention but dismissing it as "this sucks lol"

it took you 7 or 8 spins to digest it. you cant gaurantee anything because your subjective experience does not dictate anyone else's but your own. especially since you already liked autechre, of course after further digestion you'd like it more. some people just dont like the music and torturing themselves with more listens isnt going to help.

this is also a fallacy, if the person found nothing enjoyable then it is not their loss to stop listening to something they dont enjoy.
