The Dragon Force guitarists and the keyboardists are horrible. Rhapsody is a band much better and in the same genre. Dragonforce is oh so bad. Disagree I don't care. Learn guitar as I have done and compare the two. Dragonforce is playing fast for the sake of playing fast. Trash.

This is my first Dragonforce CD and I love it!!!!!!



My fav. song is Through the fire and the flames, and Cry for Eternity.





I've never heard of a guitar player that could get their guitar to sound like the original mario bros. sound effects. That is so f**king cool!!!

I like Sonic Firestorm better, but that's just because i bought it before this one.

I'm so psyched, i get to see them at the 9:30 club in D.C. at the end of the month. Cheap show too, $17

After a few more listens, I still am not quite sold on the vocals, but I continue to listen because of the rest of the bands amazing chops.

This album is so good it makes me want to cry. Body Breakdown is my fave track on the C.D. It's just more "unique" and sounds completely different from every other track on the album.



On a side note...Any1 else think the singer looks like a skinny version of Meatloaf?

This was kind of hard to listen to. I really like power metal, but this has been tough to dig for some reason.

My room mate plays this album all the time and I was completely sick of it after the first listen. Sure, the instrumentation is incredible, but that's not what is important, to me at least. These guys can't write a song to save their life. The "songs" are just vehicles for their wankfest solos. If all you care about in your music is an unbelievably fast dueling guitar solo, this is the album for you. If you're looking for some music that will keep you interested after 30 seconds, look elsewhere.
