There are similar bands to Rainbow? I don't even think Deep Purple or Dio sound similar to Rainbow, and of course, there aren't Power Metal bands that can hold a candle to these guys

Not completely alike, ofc, but I definitely got a Rainbow-vibe from them. First, I though of Deep Purple bcs of the guitars. Later, of Dio. Then, I thought: Rainbow!!

mmm, listened a couple of songs on youtube, vocals are pretty normal, but the guitar has a very

Blackmore-esque style of riffing

Def not the Dio-range, but the vocals made me think: if Dio mixed his voice with whatever Ozzy used on Planet Caravan

Danny: Nah, jamming Lawrence Arms atm, and about to go get my Pizza in a little while

If you guys want to listen Blackmore reincarnated I suggest you to try Rata Blanca provided you're ok with Spanish lyrics. Their guitarist has a master's degree on Blackmore's style sound-wise image-wise.

@MSLG

Are these guys huge in Latin America? Most times I come across bands like Rata Blanca I don't take them seriously but these guys are so good at what they do.

@manosg They're arguably the biggest metal act in latin america (along with Sepultura, Mar de Grises

and Tom Araya)

Look at this video of Adrian Barilari (Rata Blanca's vocalist) covering Stargazer, his voice is pretty

similar to Dickinson's

Damn, I'm listening to the cover atm and you're right. He's a really good vocalist. Overall, they did a very good job of covering the song. I see the two guitarists and they're clearly influenced by Blackmore too. The man in black had quite an impact in Latin America.

More than Blackmore, I think that the one that made the impact was Ronnie
