practise like fuck on an instrument then and learn something that will impress the people who might employ you. learn the hardest thing you can think of and just jam it to a Recording Studio or a Practise Studio and they will probably offer you a job. Thats what hapened for me-was waiting for the rest of me band and was jamming Suffocation and the guy was impressed and he had a job going for a session musician so just said "yano, we are looking for a sesh musician". so i applied and got it-thats the best way to go about it.

Yeah make £55 a session BUT its like 1 session a day, maybe 1 every 2 days on a bad week. Its worth it though given that im in college. Learn guitar or, even better, bass-bass is the easiest to get into session musicianship inbecause there arent that many bassists out there. PLUS its an easy instrument to learn even some of the tougher stuff (the bass solo in Slit Your Guts by Cryptopsy, as soon as you can play slap bass you should be set up).

Muse probably has one of the worst fanbases ever. They think they're so hip and new age because they like this shit band that is so proggy and innovative omg keyboards what!
