Great album, side one really kicks ass.

The only vinyl to get is the first print with the 3D picture on the cover, sounds great as well, new ones have a different cover.

Yeah it's insane but a lot of 60s/70s stuff flies under the radar on here.

if it weren't for Sabbath, this would be my favourite album of the 70s

Argh, I had not even rated this awesome album. Sorry!

Everything here is so good, some of the drumming and riffing seems way ahead of the times.

yes it does Monsog, too bad because that is where the magic is, like this release, completely insane, dancing is great and goes from there, hard to believe this band is from Texas

others that fall into that category are Wishbone ash/argus, gypsy, armegedon,

Cheers Egarran, glad to be of help.

Agreed wham. The list never ends, you've got some incredible folk that goes unnoticed such as The Pentagle or Fairport Convention, the blues that get no love on here, some awesome blues rock bands like Canned Heat, Ten Years After, etc.

Frozen Over kicks so much ass. Found this while reading about Deep Purple and Iron Butterfly.

love ten years after, I dug it for a while, no comments whatsoever, people are missing the boat, hopefully we can hold it up long enough to get people on board

Don't worry guys, i'm in the boat with my oar. Ten Years After were/are an incredible band. Alvin Lee has long been a favorite guitarist of mine, and I only just saw Canned Heat play down here in Australia just last week, celebrating "50 years of the boogie". They were fucking great.

....and yeah....Captain Beyond fucking rocks.
