Stealth is so fun in these games, sneak kills are the best and usually pretty humorous. If it doesn't work you can just run away until they forget about you then go back and try again haha

Personally I either go as a Breton Mage or a elven thief/stealth character.

yeah high elves are kinda dickish but I can't stand Ulfric. He's such a prick cunt who murdered a fucking teenager for a throne so I always go imperials, cept the one time I did it just to say I had completed the other storyline.

Dawg the war was lost and the enemy at his gate. He ended the war and saved what was left of his empire. It's not the most courageous thing but it was practical.

there are good points to them, like the generally badassness of their shock troops with those axes and ulfrics second in command but overall they're racist assholes.

Damn reading up about the war actually makes me respect the emperor. The dude turned out to be a pretty good war leader after all which is why it took the thalmor a number of years to win. He actually personally captured and killed the thalmor general that was leading the invasion for most of the war in one of the last battles around the imperial city. The imperials might have won but most of the provinces were weakened and unwilling to help it seems. Only the nords were really all that helpful.
