Caffeine is one of their best ever songs, you people are fucked.

No, it's not. It's probably the best song on the album. And live performances of that track are some
of their most intense.

Yeah but people who say Caffeine is a weak track are fucking retarded, it has to be said. It's one of
their signature songs from that era

Caffeine is one of my top 5 or so on the album, don't know how people could possibly say it's the weakest, but whateva. And yes, if anyone's seem them play Caffeine live I'm even MORE amazed they'd think it was the weakest.. so ridiculously aggressive and intense.

I am old enough to remember well when the album came out. It was criticially revered from Day 1. An undeniable classic, RV is the worst song on the album, although it is pretty hilarious at times.

Again, I think Caffeine's awesome, but I'll agree with BigHans about RV being my least favorite.. but still hilarious. For some reason BigHans has been able to identify favorite songs of mine off albums with an uncanny accuracy recently (Foo Fighters and there was another I can't remember)

Inveigh, I think it was Soundgarden. Probably the main reason for it is as you and I have mentioned we are old for this site, old enough to have bought these 90's albums shortly after they came out, and over time have appreciated the true standouts rather than the obvious choices (namely, singles). Thats my theory anyway.

Yeah, don't get the lack of love for Caffeine -- wonderful song. Also Poopular, End Hits might be my favorite Fugazi record yet (I've given multiple listens to that, 13 Songs, Repeater and Red Medicine -- The Argument and IotKT are next). Great band. How do you feel about Helmet?

I'm surprised at all the hate for Caffeine...it's probably the best song FNM has written imo. Well one of...

Smaller and Smaller also rules. And i also love Patton's version of As the Worm Turns...so fucking catchy.

Yeah, this is definitely my all-time favourite album, and i say that without hesitation.

I also usually skip the first two tracks - I've been doing it for years. Due to all the talk here I listened to them again and they're not bad. I think I skip the first two tracks because they're just not as good as the rest of the album, but on their own they are both great songs.
