Fuck that you should go for the big bucks lol.
|
| |
haha well i figure with a first release like this, charging money might turn lots of people away. i'd rather just get my stuff out there.
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.5
Haha yeah you have a point.
But I'm thinking about bumping my rating up again dude. I've been listening to this so much since I got it.
|
| |
damn dude, to a fucking 4.5? that's crazy i'm flattered
|
| |
"nah lol i'll try to always try to make my music available for free"
That's a good way to approach music in my opinion. I would never charge for my music ever, not matter how big it may become. Fuck charging for beauty.
|
| |
yeah i always want it to be available for everyone, since i certainly never have much money and wouldn't be able to hear nearly as much good music if i had to pay for it all. the only thing i would probably ever charge for is physical releases though, that's different. my dream is to have a release on vinyl
|
| |
Yeah def physical if the consumer want's a hard copy and for band support. It's good to give the listener the option of free music and the hard copy if wanted.
And what you said it truth, if I had to pay for every peice of music I've listened to, I would be 20k in debt

I'd definitely buy a hard copy.
|
| |
that's because you're awesome. well i'd probably have to get signed to a small label or something first to release anything physical. and i really don't know a whole lot about record labels
|
| |
"that's because you're awesome. well i'd probably have to get signed to a small label or something first to release anything physical. and i really don't know a whole lot about record labels"
yeah same problem here. I figured you'd just look up a record label online who you like or who signs familiar bands. Then write to them, with maybe a copy or link of your work. They usually have designated representatives that review prospective artirst's.

Dude, just burn a cd at home, print the artwork, sign it, and sent it to me.
|

A lot of people have contacted me because of my previous comment, offering me their demos thinking that I was part of a record label. I just wanted to make it clear that I am not part of a record label.
