Nightswimming I'd get sick of if I listened to it every day. No such issue with Find the River for me

This album does the impossible in that it was made by a stadium selling, 'massive' band with a gargantuan worldwide fan base and was in the charts for what seemed like years yet it still has an element of 'cool' and earthiness to it.

Zak, to me it still sounds like they made this album for themselves more than their audience and I like that

Pretty bleak and despairing for a mainstream mega selling album

Zak I'm feeling sorry for kitten.

Guessing you're put off at the idea that Stipe is fluttering his come to bed eyelashes at you when listening to that one

Nightswimming is 1 for the first three years of owning this album and then drops a place every other year from then on out. It's one of those tunes.

It's simply one of the best songs ever written, even Chris Martin said so and as we all know he's such an authority on these matters.

Personally '92 was a revelation when it came to music for me. It was when the door opened and everything changed. This album definitely played its part in that.

Monty was a fave back then. Every song is classic in fairness.
