Fucking awesome album, at first I thought it was Mastodon's worst but it grows on you, it's just groovy as hell.

I listen to an hour worth of radio a day, Mastodon crafted one of the better singles I've heard lately.

Im seeing Mastodon with Opeth in a couple months so that should be good. As far as this album goes it slays. Ive seen some people hate on it because they heard a song on the radio, and I think to myself how much of a hipster can somebody be. Sure this isnt as heavy as they were on Remission/Leviathon, but Id love if this kind of shit got played on the radio more. Most of the best bands in history got played on the radio. As long as its good who gives a fuck. The more people who hear it the better. Otherwise all people have are Three Days Grace.

Creature Lives is still the best song

This album isn't that great. Sure it's mastodon and they have a cool sound. But it's a weak effort for a band that can
do (and have done) a LOT better.
