Also, to people saying I don't know anything about drone. Answer me this: how is knowledge of a genre going to change my perspective of the music I didn't like the first time around? Implying knowledge has a huge impact on how I hear the music is nonsensical and comes across as very elitist

How come the latter half of earthmover isn't repetitive to the point of tedium? It has lots of changes, some subtle, some not. It develops at a very natural pace without taking 20 minutes to do so

no dude, think about it. this changes styles in parts, not composed with different styles at once like HANL. if you're familiar at all with Earth, Melvins, or Sunn you know what kind of drone this follows.

It's more than just questioning how people can enjoy an album, it's the way you worded it anyway. And like Pjorn said, you repeatedly call it "God awful" yet you give it a 2.5. So just God awful as a drone album but alright as a standalone album?

First off, I called it god awful once, secondly I said I hadn't heard it an aged and played it again today and my opinion of it changed somewhat.
