musically this is great but i really just can't get into this guy's vocals.

right now i'm between a 4-4.5 for this. the one-two punch of messengers and snake oil is a pretty much flawless start to the EP, but the momentum seems to slow as the EP progresses. on a seperate note, being a charlie kauffman fanboy i very much appreciated the adaptation sample used.

This is def worse than their previous EP. It doesn't have as many standout tracks.

I agree with Hans and Greg. After reading the review I was really expecting a lot...and I am sitting here after 3 spins, completely disappointed. I am sure a few more spins can nudge this up to a 3.5, but I do not see it going much further than that.

dropped my rating cuz i listened to it that one night and it hit me like a nuclear bomb and i started weeping uncontrollably but now i don't ever have the urge to listen to it again

Fantastic stuff here. The best song is "Never Dead" in my opinion, I just can't stop listening to it!!!!
