Just pushing your buttons, I don't even have it rated myself, I've heard it 2-3 times before but I only remember "Race For the Prize" so the album could very well be a 5.

just as long as you follow the vinyl tracklisting and not any other one, since they fucked it up badly when it came out

Yeah I remember being confused when I tried to listen to it because I didn't know what version was the definitive one.

"Yeah I remember being confused when I tried to listen to it because I didn't know what version was the definitive one."

there's the original CD which had remixes shoehorned in by Warner Brothers and the "Definitive" 5.1 mixed fucked it up further by moving songs around and ended the album with fucking Buggin' lmao

the vinyl tracklisting is honest to god the only option

I plan on going through FLips' discog starting with In a Priest Driven Ambulance chronologically soon, so when I get to The Soft Bulletin I'll be sure to locate a version with the vinyl tracklisting.

plus posting counterproductive comments like "elgie is a good closer" add nothing new to the convo

me talking to someone wanting to get into the lips is more productive and engaging a discussion than just going "Dude WEEN lmao"
