Cool review, really focused entirely on the music which was nice. I had a feeling this was going to be right up my alley and so far I was definitely right. Never heard of this band before but I'm really digging the sound on this. It's just really unique and engaging on first listen.
It's definitely chaotic and sporadic but I feel like the key to the songwriting is that they sprinkle straightforward, accessible moments throughout the album that anchor everything else. Chaos is alright on it's own but when it's regularly contrasted with moments that bring everything back down to earth, it becomes so much more powerful and enjoyable for me. When you're given breaks from the insanity, it allows you to really revel in it when it comes back into play. I feel like this band definitely has an understanding of that concept. Oh and the bass is absolutely delicious on this.

A little too late to answer to Mr. SIlveri, but I see your point. I can now feel it.. Sure, they've upgraded a lot of thing but they've lost a something that I cannot pinpoint for now.
And Dev, your "sounds like" is pretty much spot on.
And for the haters saying there is too much that happen at the same time or that there is two songs in one, you clearly doesn't listen to a lot of music because there is more complex music in this world.
