This album is excellent - live! I saw Dredg in concert back in late May and they played quite a few songs from this one, which got me worried. However, when played as straight rock songs with regular instrumentation, it's really easy to see why they wanted to make this album. Except for "The Tent," which sucks irrelevant, it's all pretty damn good and fits in with their older stuff. It's a shame that Dan the Automator f'ed them over with a horrid, danc-y electronic production. Guy deserves to be raped in hell.
