Not really feeling it after the first listen, to be honest. I'm sure it'll grow on me after the second or third, though. I'm the type of person who enjoys almost no album to it's fullest extent on the first listen... even immortal records like Master of Puppets.

Master of Puppets is one of the most overrated albums ever, period.

But yeah, maybe it'll grow. I've never been too keen on the Foos at all, but I might check this out if I could be bothered.

Don't be silly, I know everything because I walked into a Hot Topic yesterday and bought a Led Zeppelin T-Shirt. As a result, my cool meter was already at maximum when I decided to start worshiping MoP.

Not all Radio/Mainstream Rock is bad... some bands just give it a bad name. (Nickelback, Creed etc.)

The Foo Fighters and Incubus are two good examples of Mainstream Rock done right.

I revisited some of their older albums and came to the conclusion that this is my favorite record of

theirs.

this album has def grown on me after several listens. I think this is their best since there is nothing left to lose, prob right on par with that one..still behind colour and the shape though..that will forever be the defining Foo album imo

I really think this band is overrated. The Colour and Shape was immense but... every time Rope comes on the radio I start to get annoyed. :P Nate should focus on getting some Sunny Day Real Estate done

This is probably my favourite Foo's album since 'There Is Nothing Left To Lose.'

To my surprise this was playing when I entered the record store for some browsing today. The buggers switched to something else as soon as White Limo was supposed to kick in. Sad but predictable.
