Underclass Hero was trash, that was when things went to hell for Sum 41. Their prior work was always enjoyable, as you said, but I'm sure it was because of my age and preference at the time.

If you like their work before UH (I didn't much like UH either) then you should check out this album, it's sort of a mix of elements of Chuck and Does This Look Infected? but nothing really from the old albums.



If you just want a song or two to check out, try Jessica Kill, it's sort of the composition of a DTLI? song with the newer sound. This album isn't really like UH, the slower songs are actually kinda nice (although I skip over What am I to Say usually, but Crash is good)

You're asking an opinion based question. I'm sure they can list 20 punk bands (though I myself rarely consider the band punk) that THEY prefer over Sum 41. Just because you or I may like the band doesn't mean that opposite opinions don't exist.



All that should matter to you is your own opinion. You are no longer just disagreeing with the review (which is fine), but you disagreeing with the meaning of opinion.
