idk after nine hard-hitting and pretty emotionally heavy tracks, having 3 minutes of ambience to reflect balances the whole thing out. the last section of fill;avoid is beautiful, and the song fits the theme of the album.
also a change of pace from the same riffs/guitar tuning on 9 straight tracks is always welcome.

I was cool with the new vocal style, but still preferred them low growls.
I got to name one of the songs on Know Hope and because of that (and so many other reasons) they'll always mean a lot to me, even if I've outgrown the band now. This is still objectively their best record tho
