Perfect Situation and Peace could have been on Pinkerton tbh. I hope that when they remake Pinkerton with billion kajillion dollar production that they add those songs. Also. Weezer is good sometimes and sometimes they're not. What's up with that?
There I summarized the thread for anyone that missed a bit.

They are heading into a different direction with almost any new album, you gotta give them that. Of course not in some game-changing way, but there's really nothing that would be some kind of "oh, just the same thing again" LP. Screw up way too often though.
Also, for Make Believe I'd say The Damage In Your Heart > the rest

That's what I'm saying Lakes. The constant rise and fall is fascinating. And makes him all the more human.

~And makes him all the more human.~
Do you think he's likeable? I think he isn't really. For one thing the Green Album is nothing but a kick in the nuts for everyone that loves Pinkerton and sadly it sets the tone for the rest of the decade in some way. Also he seems like he's constantly changing the opinion on his own work, up to the point were, I believe, he once said Pinkerton wasn't that good. And that whole geek thing is also a bit old looking at the millions of records he sold.

The whole Maladroit thing with fan participation was a failure anyway.
And even if it's better now (don't know that honestly), I listen to the Green Album or Raditude and just have to think of greed. I'm really not the guy that critizises artists for making something that sells (Linkin Park for instance), but that's really damn difficult with those albums.

We Are All On Drugs is comically bad.

Yeah, so is Love Is The Answer.
But Lakes is right. To paraphrase Charlie Harper: "Cuomo is a man of many layers. Strata, if you will. A thin crust, magma and a chewy nougat center."

Hey BMDrummer
The chorus of "Getchoo" is this:
GETCHOO WHOOOAAAAA
GETCHOO WHOOOAAAAA
GETCHOO WHOOOAAAAA
GETCHOO GETCHOO GETCHOO
WHOOAAOOAOAOAOOAAOOAOAOAOAO
You just got destroyed. A week later.
