This is the third best Ben Gibbard album. I prefer it to Plans by quite a bit but I can see how one who particularly loves this would also really love Plans more than other Death Cab albums.

Plans is kind of hit or miss for me, there's a handful of really amazing songs but also some that fail to impress. Really good album over all though but I rarely listen to the whole thing.
