I like how the first half was going, though i don't see the need to qualify something like that for this review let alone a review of an album in general, but as it goes on I gt the feeling I'm getting lectured by a huge fan of Nick Land or some cold, jaded rationalist. Something about it feels reactionary as shit, but I can't put my finger on exactly what. Interesting I guess

The writing is good, but I don't get the point honestly, outside of it being an, albiet entertaining, self-indulgent diatribe against screamo and its lack of artistic merit. I'd wonder what he thinks has merit, but he's probably just a contrarian. Same thing with his Jane Doe review.
