It does little to me. Some nice tracks and great instrumentation. I also wonder why I am not a fan since technically I should like this haha. Great production too

OK I will listen to it once more.
Post-listen: Yes it's fun for sure, but honestly, it sounds a bit like a watered down breakdown from 'Constellations' haha

this album is incredible. White As Snow is a personal favourite but several others stand out, and My Name Is Darkness as the closer will never fail to give me chills

Yes. Album goes from front to back. Seeing them on their original farewell tour when they played the bulk of this was so good

My bad, I just checked and it wasn’t the farewell tour it was the Destabilize tour with Enter Shikari. I think they had just announced their breakup right after so I thought it was farewell but they toured again as an actual farewell the next year. Here was my setlist:
My Name Is Darkness
The Place That Most Deny
68
Dog Like Vultures
The Minor Prophets
Merit For Sadness
The Quiet, Deadly Ticking
White As Snow
Blue 42
When Everything Falls

I barely payed attention to them after this album.
Opening with Darkness into The Place? That's pretty fucking spicy. Also just a great setlist all around, I'd kill to see that

Oh man Art you never saw them at all daaamn. I saw them even in the OG days with Jimmy post WEF. They played with Still Remains. So sick. I can’t remember who else played there was a third legit OG band too.

I never got to see them. Sucks. But this album was important to me for a while and has so much nostalgia value

I saw them another time I think after. Maybe that was the farewell tour. I just remember Giuseppe overhead pressing his hi hats lol. Think it was this:
68
The Place That Most Deny
Blue 42
The Minor Prophets
Mad Man
Walk On
Travesty
American Love
Chorus Of Angels
When Everything Falls

I’m glad I kept setlists as notes on my phone. Setlist.fm wasn’t around for a bit and then even later it wasn’t widespread for some of this
