there is a insert in the new vinyl release that talks about how pretty much all of this besides dozen/calendar was recorded to standard ass 4 track/8 track recorders in a warehouse practice space during various late night sessions over the years
fucking mind blowing imo, cause this blows away most gaze that got competent studio backing.

I'll say it again, the run from slowbleed --> leech is the best 1-2-3 of any shoegaze / dream pop album I've heard. The whole album is great, but those three in particular really move me. Plus 'Dozen' is unbelievably good too, love that they included that + the jetpack ep on the reissue
