I still like Deliverance. Parts of it just drag like crazy though.

Yeah, Credence is one of their best songs, period. To Rid the Disease is probably my favorite off of here, though.

To Rid the Disease is the best off here

I was obsessed with To Rid the Disease for a long time, but then I realized it drags and isn't as great as I once thought. The piano/bass part after the solo reminds me of final fantasy/uematsu for some reason. I really love that part. I'm saying all of this within the context that its an amazine song, but its no longer in the discussion of my favorite Opeth song. Too many amazing songs to pick as the best. To Bid You Farewell, Harvest, Harlequin Forest, Baying, and Hope Leaves are my top 5. At the moment

Best Opeth album, for sure, and amazing 50th review Sowing, it was epic.
And my favorite soft songs by Opeth have to be Windowpane, In My Time Of Need, To Rid The Disease, Benighted, To Bid You Farewell and Creedence.

Listening to this (and Opeth in general) for the first time and it's such a weird mix of cheesy as fuck and a rocket-powered punch straight to the heart. This is incredible
