Couldn't ever get into Hot Cross. Too punk for me I think. As far as the Saetia debate goes, just listen to Off Minor instead.

I picked up Damezumari and Ten Grand after you rec'd Sea. Dame is great - I have a feeling Ten Grand will take more time to sink in though. That album is kind of batshit lol.

Comprehensive List is weird and fuzzy and kind of scratchy or something but once you get into his voice it's really easy to love it.

It reminds of Fear Before the March of Flames a bit in its chaos.

I always thought Ten Grand was one of the more accessible screamo albums I've heard... barring post-rocky stuff. Oh well, different tastes.

Album is so goddamn unique. More I listen to it, the more the psychadelic themes come out. Keyboard/guitar on songs like Paper Tigon give it such an other-worldly aesthetic, like you're trapped in some bizarre time warp where some 70s band discovered screamo but only released one album.

It rarely pops up, there's only 500 copies on vinyl total. 300 on purple marble and 200 on red/white.
